This website describes the work Londons Plastering does and how to get a price for it. The pages are kept accurate as far as is reasonable, but they describe typical work rather than a promise about your particular building.
Nothing on this website is a quotation. A price for your job is the written one given after somebody has looked at it.
Estimates and prices
A written price covers the work described in it. Where something is found once work has started, for example plaster that turns out to be blown across a larger area than was visible, it is raised at the time along with what it means for the cost and the timescale.
Dates given are the honest expectation at the time of asking. External rendering in particular depends on weather, and a top coat is not applied with frost or heavy rain forecast.
Your responsibilities
Clearing the room where that has been agreed, providing access on the agreed days, and arranging any permission that is yours to arrange, such as a managing agent's consent or a parking suspension where that has been agreed as your side of it.
Where consent from a landlord, a freeholder or the local authority is needed, obtaining it is the property owner's responsibility.
